When you enter the CCRSM New Leaders Convening, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and Educate Texas and its affiliates and representatives. More information will be provided at the event.

Complimentary Self-Parking:  There will complimentary parking the day of the event during the hours the event takes place. Please note that overnight parking will not be complimentary, and you will be subject to a charge by the hotel.

The agenda overview can be found on our Schedule page, and the detailed version can be found via the online platform, Sched. All registrants have been added as attendees and are able to find the program by logging into your Sched account, or by searching for the event in the directory. Lastly, a light breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages will be providing throughout the day.
